Michael has some 35 years experience in business, during which he built-up and successfully exited a company in the I.T. industry, during which time he also had considerable exposure to the computer games industry. He combines experience of the multimedia and games sectors with a long term interest in mental health. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics, an M.B.A and recently completed an M.Sc. in Psychology. He has been meditating regularly for 8 years and undertook training as a mindfulness teacher with Breathworks and in the delivery of Neurofeedback using the Othmer Method. His M.Sc. Research project was on the experiences and aspirations of people who download mindfulness apps.
Rachael has a degree in Psychology and 25+ years’ experience in both online and offline sales and marketing, particularly in the toy and offline games industry. She is also highly proficient technically, has a background and keen interest in self-help books and tools and is an enthusiastic mobile gamer.
With a background in offshore-engineering project management and climate change mitigation, Nadja Muller (MSc) has learned that it is never only about technology but also about people's minds and emotions. In the 15 years of corporate life, she gained experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, operations management, research, and project management of highly capital-intensive engineering projects. In 2015, she became a certified professional coach and founded a Dutch AI Chatbot company two years later. Nadja believes utilizing AI for good will help more people thrive. Nadja has a deep interest in digital health and in making coaching more effective and scalable. She believes that that empathetic chatbots are the solution to the problem.
