Michael Trup
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Michael has some 35 years experience in business, during which he built-up and successfully exited a company in the I.T. industry, during which time he also had considerable exposure to the computer games industry. He combines experience of the multimedia and games sectors with a long term interest in mental health. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics, an M.B.A and recently completed an M.Sc. in Psychology. He has been meditating regularly for 8 years and undertook training as a mindfulness teacher with Breathworks and in the delivery of Neurofeedback using the Othmer Method. His M.Sc. Research project was on the experiences and aspirations of people who download mindfulness apps.
Peter Stewart
Chief Operating Officer
Peter has 30 years’ experience in manufacturing and technology - most recently as CIO for a global Automotive Company where he led the digitalisation of 110 factories and design centres from Japan to Mexico. Recognizing that ‘technology change’ was relatively easy compared to ‘people change’, Peter invested in management development and coaching for himself, his team, and the wider enterprise. Delighted with the results, Peter then qualified as an executive coach with Henley Business School. Peter believes that underpinning evidence based coaching practices with digital capability - artificial intelligence, machine learning and analytics - will make coaching more accessible, affordable and scaleable, allowing individuals, teams and businesses to thrive.
Rachael Salt
Marketing Adviser
Rachael has a degree in Psychology and 25+ years’ experience in both online and offline sales and marketing, particularly in the toy and offline games industry. She is also highly proficient technically, has a background and keen interest in self-help books and tools and is an enthusiastic mobile gamer.

A business expert with a career spanning over 20 years in fields ranging from technology to marketing, primarily in the Israeli telecom industry, Yigal David is a lecturer in the Design for Engineers Master's degree program, and at the School of Industrial Engineering and Management. Over the course of these years, he served as a member of management in a number of companies: VP of Marketing at Pelephone Communications, CEO of SpeechView, a software company associated with the Dutch BAAN, VP of Product Development in Motorola's MIRS Division, and VP of Products and Services in HOT Mobile's founding team. In his last position he served as the CEO of HOT Net from the Altice group and a director on behalf of the owner.
